About the Project
two spec homes developed by Jose, Angel and Ruben Granados. built on vacant land from scratch, these narrow looking homes are actually 1650 sqft 3 bed + 2 bathes with a two car garage and alley access. they where built at the same time in just over 2 mo from start to "turn-key" finish. approx budget was $200,000 each at just around $125 per sqft. in early 2001.
